This began with three sweeping strokes. One Yellow. One Red. One Blue.

Then I stood back and looked at those three broad strokes with a palette knife. I stared and stared. At the positive space. At the negative space. I started to see feathers. I started to see a bird. With growing confidence each stroke became stronger. Quicker. More impulsive. I attacked in a flurry. Very little thinking. No real decision making. In less than an hour it was over.
